Start from a template. Choose one of five preset layouts, tap in line items, and Tallyy builds a professional invoice PDF instantly.
Describe it and let AI draft it. Type a rough note — "two days of consulting at $80/hr for Acme, plus a $150 setup fee" — and the AI assistant (on supported devices) asks about anything missing and writes the complete invoice.
Autofill your business details. Enter your company name, address, and contact once in Settings; they populate every invoice automatically.
Save clients and handle the math. Keep the people you bill on hand, and add tax and discounts that calculate the totals for you.
Send it your way. Share the finished PDF through the iOS share sheet, or fire off a pre-filled email straight from the app.

Privacy and trust

Tallyy is local-first. Your invoices, clients, and company details are stored only on your iPhone and are never uploaded to any server. The single exception is the "Describe it" feature: when you choose to use it, only the short note you type is sent — over an encrypted connection — to draft your invoice, and nothing else about you or your other invoices ever leaves the device. No account, no login, no ads, and we never sell your data. All payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit — the app never sees your payment details.
