Homestead is your household's home base: the assets you own, what you paid, the warranties protecting them, the maintenance that keeps them running, and every document that proves it — all in one place. And you don't type any of it. Snap a receipt, warranty, or bill and Homestead reads it right on your iPhone, then builds the record for you.

How it works

Point your camera at a receipt, warranty card, bill, or manual — or import a photo or PDF. Homestead recognizes the text and pulls out the details on your device. You review what it found (nothing is saved until you confirm), and with one tap Homestead does the connecting work:

Logs the expense — amount, date, category, and recurring bills with their next due date.
Catalogs the asset — the appliance, vehicle, or electronics, with make, model, and serial.
Saves the warranty — provider and expiry, so you know what's still covered.
Schedules the maintenance — "replace the water filter," "change the oil," on a repeating reminder.

One photo becomes a connected record. Open any asset and see everything about it at once: what you paid, what's under warranty, what's due, and the documents behind it.
